The staff were kind and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. I booked an exceptionally comfortable room overlooking city.

Huge room with lovely terrasse and good balcony, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Friendly multilingual staff and a very good and sensational breakfast with cheese and hard boiled eggs: )

The location of this place was convenient and quiet, making it a great base for my stay, and the restaurant had delicious food.

Practical location for a day of skiing. Mini-bar, central heating, and iron/ironing board available in the triple room. Friendly service and sensational breakfast.

This place is really clean and has a nice view of the city. the staff here are pretty good - some are okay, and a few are really excellent. the bedroom is big and roomy 😊.

Spent my Easter weekend in this gorgeous hotel and it was a great choice! the location was perfect, nested in a peaceful area and close to beautiful sites, such as the mesmerizing Chamonix-Montblanc and Lake Geneva. the rooms were spacious and fully equipped with everything needed. the balcony overlooking the mountains was an absolute delight. the staff was very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, offering an ample variety of options.

Centrally located, plenty of parking. The rooms were large and well appointed. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh bread and cereal bar. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They automatically upgraded our room due to the hot weather, which was very much appreciated.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in an idyllic part of Switzerland. The French Country charm added to the overall experience. The staff, especially Sarah, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I loved the room on the third floor with its spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying the lovely view of the mountains. The attention to detail, including a fan to combat the summer heat, was impressive. And the breakfast spread, with its variety of Swiss and French delicacies, was absolutely delicious.

I especially appreciated the attention to detail, such as the gourmet coffee machine. The hotel even provided a crib for my baby. The attached two-room family plan was a great value for money. The restaurant served delicious food, and the location was convenient for exploring Valais and visiting the thermal baths at Saillon. I highly recommend this hotel for a good extended family stay.
